Another stimulating and insightful presentation today. This one by world renown Interior Designer and Garden Expert, Bunny Williams. Her relaxed and entertaining approach was very refreshing. It was such an honor to hear her speak with such enthusiasm about her "Three Decades of Decorating Elegant and Comfortable Houses". A reception and book signing followed at Shears and Windows Showroom at the Galleria.
Kravet Fabrics and Furniture treated the design field to a great demonstration by their master upholsterer making a beautiful chair right before our eyes. Here he is showing just how an 8-way hand-tied frame is made to last the lifetime of the owner. A lucky designer won the drawing to take home the $2,500.00 chair. Darn, I just knew I was going to win it, too. lol
We met up with one of my favorite reps of 20+ years, Margaux Summers. Margaux reps two lines at the Hinc Showroom, Ferguson Copeland and Currin, the Jewelry for your Home. Here is a fabulous Currin antiqued mirror bed. Also pictured is a gorgeous Ferguson Copeland Dining Table and upholstered Chairs
